24x7 management of mission critical business environments

The AutoCoding Enterprise solution is a business-wide management system, which provides auditability and automation of the material and process management from goods-in, through production to finished-goods.

The AutoCoding System is dynamically linked to any other ERP or management system ensuring complete re-usability of data to be deployed securely to the production lines, quality stations and warehouses.

Within the production facility, the system is capable of setting up the entire production line with correct product/job data. This is facilitated through the complete control of devices like inkjet/laser coders, barcode scanners, vision systems, print/apply systems, metal detectors, carton erectors, check-weighers, palletisers, pallet labellers and stretch-wrappers.

The system is capable of providing complete traceability within the operation, from goods-in to dispatch. Any decanting, splitting, mixing, merging of raw-material, work-in-progress or finished goods whether in boxes or on pallets, is logged by the system This complete control allows the strong reporting engine to provide immediate impact analysis facilitating 21st century business risk management.

Any event that takes place within the AutoCoding Enterprise System is continually logged and consolidated in a single business archive. These events include: Applying shelf-life concessions, performing quality checks, monitoring warehouse temperatures and dynamically monitoring rejects on the line – filtered by cause (inkjet readability, weight, metal etc.)

The business management reports that can be produced based on the contents of the business archive provides not only an end-to-end business audit trail but does, through the identification of production bottlenecks, improve both efficiency and productivity.

The AutoCoding System is capable of dynamically monitoring the working condition of the equipment. This allows for the immediate dispatch of engineers in order to restore production capability. More advanced fault management options include the sending of an email containing specific fault condition information to the equipment vendor to improve on the quality of help-desk support.
