For a customer to fully benefit from any business-wide system there is always a desire and need to integrate the new system with the existing information infrastructure. Often this involves working with many well known and established systems, e.g. ERP and MES providers. As well as this, there are occasions where a unique functionality is required by the customer to satisfy local operational needs.
Rather than avoid this bespoke element AutoCoding Systems prefers to embrace this additional need and include it within the required solution, so that it integrates it fully with the ‘standard system’. This is extremely effective via the modular nature of the systems construction.
AutoCoding Systems has the in-house expertise and resources to develop and customise any of system products to meet a customer’s specific requirements. Whilst the breadth of scope of standard functionality is comprehensive there will always be the need and opportunity to build specific features into a system or to develop specific integration solutions for and AutoCoding Systems product to work with other existing information systems/ infrastructure.
Through a managed quality process AutoCoding Systems develop the full functional specification and technical solution, working closely with the customer. Using developed links with the existing modular structures the bespoke system is developed ensuring complete integrity.
Full stage testing and documentation is applied to elements of the project as well as customer sign-off essential to ensure the requirements have been met in full.
